Return Policy:
Thank you for choosing Richstone Homes. We strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your options in case of any concerns with your purchase.

1. Defects and Variances
Defects and variances in products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Issues not reported within this timeframe will not be considered and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Customized Orders
Most of our furniture is customized as per customer specifications.
Custom-made orders begin production immediately upon order and cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded at any time.

3. Returns Accepted Only in Case of:
3.1 Difference
If the item delivered is different from the original item ordered (wrong SKU).
3.2 Damaged
In the unlikely event that any product is not received in good condition and is damaged beyond repair.

4. Procedure for Damaged Items
After opening the package, if the goods are found in damaged condition, inform us and email pictures of the damaged product within 48 hours of receipt of the goods to [connect@richstonehomes.com] with the order reference number.
RichStone Homes will arrange for repair or touch-up at your location at our expense. We will evaluate the extent of damage and inform you if it can be fixed locally or needs replacement/return.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Returning of the product is not allowed for made-to-order pieces.
Products sold on a non-return basis unless damaged, different, or incorrectly delivered.

6. Furniture Stability
For all products kept on the floor, ensure that the product stands steady and straight.
If there is an uneven leg (less than 5 mm difference), our team will install bushes to balance the product.
If the uneven leg is more than 5 mm, we will take the item back for replacement or repair.

7. Approval and Procedure
All returns must receive prior approval from the Company.
Goods must be returned according to the Company's procedure for return or replacement.

Refund Policy:
Thank you for choosing Richstone Homes. Our refund policy is designed to ensure a transparent and fair process for our valued customers. Please read the following guidelines carefully regarding refunds.

1. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
All refunds and replacement processes shall be subject to the pick-up of all canceled items from your/customer's premises.

2. Refund Process
Once the canceled items are received back at our warehouse, the refund process will be initiated.
Refunds will be initiated within 7-8 days of receiving the products back to the warehouse.

3. Refund Methods
Refunds will be initiated via NEFT, cash, or by the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Processing Charges
Depending on the nature of the orders, processing charges might be deducted before initiating the refund.
The deduction of processing charges will be communicated to you during the refund process.
